WhatsappI would like to give my greatest thanks to Aplus staff for helping me able to smile confidently now.
It has been a year since I had my braces done at Aplus clinic, before that I started my braces back in Singapore.
At that time as i was not fluent in Korean and was afraid that that I could not find a suitable orthodontic to take up my case until I came across Aplus clinic. After an email to them they had me to drop by for a check up and I was greeted by their English coordinator, Joyce. Joyce was friendly and helpful. She explained with patience and in detail of the procedure that I need and the cost of the whole procedure for my braces continuation .
The Aplus dental staffs were friendly and were very professional in their work. The staff at Aplus clinic are really friendly and as soon as they realized I was learning Korean, they started to have small chats with me. Aplus services were great! I would get a reminder message for my next appointment a day or two before. During each visit, Dr Kim would look at my braces and would explain to me on what will be done during each visit and after the procedure, he would go through with me in detail again on what was done.
I highly recommend Aplus clinic for any dental services to everyone and would go back to Aplus if I need any dental services in the future.
