I contacted A+ Dental Clinic for the first time because of an unfortunate situation. A tooth had starting feeling painful and because I was nervous about seeking out a dentist in Korea, I let it go too long. Even though I contacted the clinic last minute, the English coordinator was really kind and understanding of my situation and managed to squeeze me into the schedule although they were fully booked.
I was so nervous but there was no need. Right when you enter, everything is clean and the staff are very kind. In fact, I think it's the nicest dentist office I've ever been in! You can tell that everything is high quality and that the staff are happy there. There are a lot of pictures displayed of the staff doing activities together which shows the kind of mindset they have. If they treat their workers well, they are bound to treat you well too!
The English coordinator was always there at the office with me every step of the way and made me feel at ease. I got my tooth pulled in no time and was sent on my way. They told me about some cavities I had but never pressured me to do anything. Making an appointment is very easy because you can text the English coordinator at any time and set up your appointment. I returned to get some x-rays and a cleaning and it was a really great experience. I will return to get my cavities filled soon and I'm sure it will be just as easy as my previous visits.
I would definitely recommend A+ Dental Clinic because it's easy, they do great work and they really care about your well-being. For English speakers especially, it is great to utilize the English coordinator and have her help during your appointment so you can be sure that all of your questions will be answered and all needs will be fulfilled. I've sent several of my coworkers to them as well and they were equally as satisfied with their professionalism and work. Overall, it's just a great place to handle your dental needs in a pleasant way. :)
