A Plus Dental Clinic is by far the best dentist I have ever visited, in Korea and the US. Here’s why, they are friendly and helpful beyond what is expected, and they treat you like an individual rather than just another patient.
I have always struggled with dental visits because I suffer from TMJ (a condition that gives me pain in my jaw) and anxiety when receiving more serious dental work. They were all very patient with me, giving me constant updates of what they were doing to my teeth. Also they often would check in with me to be sure I was still feeling comfortable. They were also very gentle when “poking” around in my mouth, where dentist in the states are often more aggressive. Any questions I had Joyce handled with complete care and personal attention.
I always felt that my needs were taken care of and I could leave the office feeling happy to have visited, which as most people know, the dentist is not a happy place. A Plus Dental is a happy place and everyone who works there is absolutely wonderful!
